Some of these vendors have one or two products they specialize in, some have many diverse products. It would be difficult to keep track of all items each vendors offer, so its best to use this list as a starting point to find the materials and equipment you need.

If you’re not sure of which item is best for you, talk to other gourders, ask questions, and make an informed decision. Ask members of your local gourd patch, or check on Facebook as there are a number of groups (listed below) that are a great place to ask questions.

  • Sanding strips – keep their edge to sand sharp edges (Arizona Gourds)
  • DeWalt hand sander – small, spongy handheld sander that will accept Abranet (Lowes)
